Chain on necklace is non functional

Chain necklace bought for my wife that has a defective clasp. So far company has done nothing to contact me or correct my order. User’s recommendation: Poor customer service.

I tried calling your Customer Service

You are unable to speak with anyone in the customer relations department unless you have a credit card through Kay’s. I would like to have feedback on the application that I put in to receive a credit card through Kay’s. I cannot find that out due to not being able to speak to anyone.
