Poor service

Friday, December 13, 2019. I received a call for delivery and please bring the product on Monday 16. 12. 2019 to this day I also talk to people to wait for the product. Until 19. 12. 2019 the product has not been delivered, Itella cannot be called by phone (no one picks up the handset) and to the e-mail sent on 18. 12. No one answered me in the morning.
