Replace missing button on coat

Have a Kate Spade coat never worn, just looking for replacement button as one missing. Kate Spade do not have replacement. Can’t believe when you buy such an expensive coat that customer service is no help. Very dissatisfied with Kate Spade. User’s recommendation: Not at all.
