Pathetic services and non co operative staff

Purchased two nos of Vaccum cleaner both not working its under warranty even no one is there to handle the issue officers are really very rude and they dont know how to handle the clients

K2 and K3 models are POS

Stay away Both died within 6-8 months, started leaking and no pressure at all. Used once a week or 2 weeks. Local authorized dealer will not honor the warranty

Run far away

Less than 2 years old 2000psi pressure washer leaks from every where. Home Depot where I purchased it says sorry we don’t sell anymore because poor quality

Poor Service and they don’t stand by their products

Received a pressure washer as a gift. I used it 3 times and it broke. Called to use the “guarantee” and they would do nothing. Sent me to several repair shops who all refuse to repair and suggest I throw it away.
