2 1/4″Spiked Black Motorcycle Handlebar Pullback Risers (1″bar) is DEFECTIVE!!!!!

The screws packaged in this kit are too short..The screws going into top clamp are only 2″ allowing them into bottom clamp only 1/4-1/2″ deep, 2-3 threads deep. Bought a rv cover
