Chairs have torn up

I was under the impression my dining room chairs had a lifetime warranty. I had 2 chairs repaired and was told I couldn’t have the others repaired, and it was much needed because they look awful. I’m am very disappointed. I need to get my chairs replaced and Kane’s needs to solve my problem.

I am still waiting for the call from kanes furniture because one of the chaires not fixed. the agent who came said is brook, and he told not to used and I have to wait for the company’s call.

Never buy at kanes

I spent so much money at Kanes. I had an issue with 3 chairs about $80 a chair. Its not the money. Its the principle about the items they sell. And provide horrible customer service.
