Warranty does not work
A year and a half ago I bought a PVC window from the company RILAT, until I noticed the repairs, that there is a dirty stain inside the glass block. I call RILAT four times, with an agreement to inspect the window, because the windows have a two-year warranty. Three times said that the glass will call and arrive, the fourth time said he did not believe me, and so I take a picture of the window dirt and send them to e-mail, only then will they send glazier. Of course the dirt is not visible. Unfortunately, we will have to look at it every day because it is in the most visible place. And yet it seems to me that they are simply delaying the time, because the warranty for the window will expire in October.
