Length of wait for our delivery Of dining room table set

The length of time I had to wait for the dining room table set to even come in stock and then now having to wait up to three weeks to have it delivered. With no compensation whatsoever and horrible customer service User’s recommendation: Don’t ever go to Kane’s.

We have been lied to as far as delivery date, we paid in full in December and they delivered the partial order we still waiting for the 4th piece.It’s been three months now.ler

We spoke with Bonnie at the service desk and were told we would get the remaining piece the last week in January, now they are telling us will be the 1st week in February but no guarantees. I have called for over two weeks to get a resolution to a problem with an order. Manager does not return calls, tells office he’s busy when I say I’ll hold, says he’ll call back shortly and never does. User’s recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!
