RECEIVED email asking if I cc

Email asking if I heard anything from JPAY they go around the problem never replaced my stamps but are now trying to keep track of them but they there system doesn’t work will say I have 60 emails when I really only got 3 User’s recommendation: DON’T USE JPAY they never take responsibility for their mess ups.
