I put over 400 dollars on my son’s JPay account and he never received it

It’s sad this is happening. thanks should never happen this way. Tablet not received

Email #3 – Hello. This is in reference to order #9785****, for inmate David Sawyer (#110****-Keen Mountain Correctional Center). Trying to get a hold of somebody at customer service at JPay is impossible it tells you that you can call 1-80*-574-**** and actually talk to somebody that is incorrect you’re on the Merry-Go-Round

Very impossible to find someone to speak to keeps going on the merry-go-round calling the phone number that they tell us to call but nobody answers and no way to get you anybody User’s recommendation: Allow people to talk to you on actual person at customer service would be nice.
