Call ing 800 #

Calling John Hancock for basic information is a nightmare, and I am grateful I left them. They use a foreign call center and you can not ever understand a word they say. I disaster in communication and glad i am free of them

Nothing happened. After on hold for 30 minutes and after the first person reached was in the Phillipines ( bad look); I finally got someone in the US to no avail! Waste of time. Received a letter May 06/21 reference payment on the policy. Our card CHANGED and attempting to change with your COMPUTER. It did not understand UPGRADE PAYMENT 8 times I tried. Claim process

Been messing with John Hancock since January. (It is now May). They are “processing the claim…it takes 30 to 60 days” and I’m at over 80 days at this point. Their customer service is a joke. Luckily I don’t need the proceeds from the annuity…huge time suck!! User’s recommendation: Stay away.
