Want refund due to dress sent to the wrong address

I ordered a dress and they sent it to the wrong address. To get my money back they are asking me to pay an additional customs charge of $46 dollars. At this point they are not responding to my emails. User’s recommendation: Do not order from this company.

Ordered 4 evening bags for Katie Dolan and then returned all 4 as they did not match dress. It has been 4 weeks and no refund to my account!!! User’s recommendation: Great items.

Expedite my dress

I pay to have my dress expedited. The website states that it will not be shipped until July 12. I need my dress before July 12. Is it possible to have it overnighted?

Have not received my dress

I still did not receive the dresses. I payed $36 for dresses to be expedited and still nothing. I at least need a refund of the expedited amount I paid

Part of my order was not delivered.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The dress arrived in a decent amount of time; I also ordered a jacket to go with the dress, $40.00 extra, which I was billed for. Still have not received the jacket, and I am unable to contact anyone about it.
