Unclear shipping statement

There web site says 3-6 days shipping. But when I ordered it was then pointed out that there was 9-11 days processing. My dress arrived too late. User’s recommendation: check processing time in small print before you order.

I have heard nothing from then since returning the dress

Lack of communication whereas every other company I have dealt with gets back straight away to inform me they have received the item and process refund whereas jjs takes there time!
