Lie about shipment status, just don't deliver a shipment

Dpd - Be sure not to choose to receive large shipments through this company. Because they will just stand in the warehouse and not move anywhere. It is particularly surprising that the company blatantly lies that they have the wrong index. On the given day, I had to receive a total of 5 packages - 2 small and 3 large heavy packages. I was only delivered small packets with the correct index - exactly the same as the big ones, because the sender is one. Perseverance, however, allowed me to call this company - customers in communication with iExpress - now more convenient and simple. 0 replies to my email and website report. I understand that this is a busy time,but it is not just lying that is the problem. Calling the customer center 1. Once - I had to listen to a lie that the wrong index is indicated on the package. 2. Once I called the call center - I received another lie that the status of the shipment will definitely be corrected, but it still stands as there was an "incorrect postcode on the waybill: the shipment returned to the terminal" - and that's it - I have no chance to receive my shipment! I don't have the opportunity to go anywhere! I don't have a chance to receive my shipment! I offer to go after myself, if they can't bring it to me - no, such a possibility is not possible. It's just that you can't receive the shipment and nobody does anything with it.
