Service department complaint

Had my 2013 Taurus not starting problem was misdiagnosed, I was told fuel pump needed to be replaced. After 2 days I called to check on repair status another adviser told me the fuel pump did not fix it, they found the fuel pump modulator (relay) was unserviceable.
