Wanting to have lunch on Saturday, we went to Double Coffee and sat down. We are waiting for the menu to be brought, no one is even coming, although we saw that we have come and taken our place. It took a while no one came to serve us. We left, but given the influx of people in other eateries, we returned. Everything was fine until the food was brought. There was hair in my dish. Next, of course, I can't eat it, so I told the waitress that there was hair in the food, her expression was slightly shocked. The second portion was offered, but I also refused. When I brought the bill, I found out that I had been billed for the full portion, which I was not willing to pay at all, and I also told the waitress that I was willing to pay 50%, to which she replies that she would have to pay the other half herself. Should I, as a customer, be affected? I am very disappointed with the staff of this institution.
