I had a past due bill with them that was 20 years old. They made me pay it before I can start new services. You know that that stuff was written off in 1998 and now they’re getting paid double. They suck worse than Obama

UNHAPPY J EMC customer

These folks are insanely attentive to billing – If i had ANY options to choose differently ( Thanks to GA MONOPOLY UTILITY *** ) I would have fired Jackson EMC years ago.
