One of are trees we purchased this spring has died

We bought a tree this spring in May 2020 planted it end of May 2020 and have been watering and taking care of it. And it has died literally has not grown at all. Rose plant not growing looks dead

item #37413 location zz007004 we ordered 4 rose bushes and 2 berry ivy’s all are doing well except our rose simply magnificent GR. We waited about 8 weeks as directed but nothing and the branches are all brown looks dead. May i please have this taken care of with a refund or new plant? Thank you

I received an email regarding a shipping of some roses. I did not make an order. If the roses arrive what shall I do? I do not want to be charged. User’s recommendation: Make sure a delivery will be made at the proper time for your area. Not before or after.
