Lost package!
I sent a pram 3in1 from Kempsey to Valka county with the help of dpd. So the stroller had three parts, each packed in a separate bag. The bags are stacked together so that one package meets and everything is handed over to the courier. I wait a pack for a week, patience disappears and I call iExpress where I answer to contact the sender. The cart was 100% delivered to the courier and the tracking code was sent to me. I try to tell them that. iExpress apologizes and says it can't help. After two days, iExpress tracking finally shows that the package has already arrived in Bendigo, where it spends three more days. After three days, my package arrives in the evening. I bring happy home, pack up and it turns out that one part is missing. Call the courier who delivered me the package, to which he answers that I will check the Bendigo warehouse again, when checking, of course, nothing is found and I am asked to turn to the Melbourne warehouse. When I call I am told that I cannot make my claims to the sender. The sender calls iExpress and she tells her to make her claims in an email. Two emails are already being sent in a week, but there are still no replies. I would like to get back my third part of the cart, which also has a cart bag. What is it about irresponsibility on the part of employees?!? Who will be responsible for it?!?!? Strollers don't cost a penny!
