My parcel is on hold

Please . My parcel has been on hold at the same branch for 5 days . And i cant contact the branch . Come on . My item from china has come already . It only from selayang to klang .

Parcel item missing

Jnt rider change the item inside parcel. How this possible? The packaging is different from what seller post to me. Parcel delivery also no by hand even im home during that time. They jsut throw my parcel to my house.
