How could a Melbourne house manager conclude a contract with such a corner office? PS Siltumserviss Melbourne emergency phone 80000610 is not callable, even when you have been warned that you may have to wait 10 minutes after the call is interrupted and they call back. Hopeless! I called several times and waited for 10 minutes and no one called back. What is it about an emergency phone if no one answers? Does anyone work there at all?
