Poor service

Today (10.02.) at the stand stop - Blüden cemetery. (bus 16.31) Jersey City - Cleveland. This offer passed. It was already shown in time for the driver to stop. This offer we clearly saw, the bus was almost empty. It should be noted that stood a mom with 2 children in cold weather. This is not the first time this has happened quite often.
