Theft, fraud

Attempts to steal money by sending incorrect invoices with larger amounts, and hopes it may not work. Request to correct the error, but they are still trying to delay the time, request unnecessary info, then ignore and do not respond. CRPC is also already complaining about 100, 000 of these creditors. Does the CCP allow such branch banks to operate?
