Just downloaded the app. Put a check in. Waiting for it to be approved….. waiting ….. and waiting ….. called the customer service. No answer. One of the options was If your check has been approved but funds are not in your account press 5….. so thats a bit concerning that it would even be an issue...

They can’t let me deposit any checks and have no reason for it .they always email me back BS every time ask them WHY I HAVE CLOSED ALL BANK ACCOUNTS AFFILIATED WITH INGO MONEY AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THE WORST COMPANY EVER User’s recommendation: Never have any dealing with them.
