Part of the shipment was lost when sending from Australia to Spain. I am creating a claim to repay the lost part and today I received the answer that it will not be done. The value of the lost part was 100 AUD. As well, the service seems messy and unclear. I would recommend paying 10-20eur for shipping and make a normal delivery by UPS or TNT. At first I turned my eyes to the bad reviews, but now I really realized that the company is missing
