Poor service

It's been a disappointment for delivery. After the third time, I definitely know that I will no longer look at this store, no matter how tempting the Prices. Every time problems with delivery and money back. Emails are not answered by picking up the phone Sola that will return but nothing. Today I wanted to know how far my packet (with FedEx) has come. When contacting the suppliers, it turns out that I did not receive the package FedEx at all, although when I logged in to the Douglas website with my e-mail, the status of the order was sent and even an e-mail arrived that the package was already on its way, even though they had not delivered it. Delivery promised 1-2 working days, I am waiting for the fourth day. I definitely do not recommend delivery with this store!
