Fraud
AuAir is currently selling non-existent flights when you buy a ticket, a few days later you will receive an email stating that the flight has been canceled, of course, you can book another flight if you miraculously manage to call the airline to the specified toll - free number. Because they simply do not answer written questions. However, when you make a call, it turns out that all flights are suddenly canceled by 1. 10. 20 and maybe even longer! At no point when booking tickets is information provided that these flights have not taken place and will not take place since mid-March. In my case, Canberra - Melbourne, I found out only by contacting the Australian Embassy. What's more nice when you contact the airline they say they will return the money within 3-4 months! How is this possible in the 21st century? Another wonderful example of service and the purest fraud through a telephone conversation, where the employee registered my pet for the same flight without any problems, yes, kindly confirmed the seat, the rules, sent an invoice - and all this on a non-existent flight! How is it legal at all? Charge money and do not deliver the service. Offer a gift card instead of cash when flights just don't happen. Disgusting, lying company.
