Hot water supply switched off, no troubleshooting
No hot water from 28. 02. 2019 still not connected! We call 80000610 every day, we get angry, but nothing changes! All questions give the same answer all the time, the call is fixed, wait for the master. It's a real mockery of people! In which 12 years have we lived? To wash in warm water, I have to boil water, does it really meet the standard of the 21st century? When there was 'Rigas siltums', there were no such problems! This is some kind of 'cheap office' for which we pay money! By the way, calling this number is infinitely useless, because there no one knows anything! Please, "Ps Siltumserviss Riga", stop making fun of us! Such an attitude towards customers,in my opinion is not acceptable. Poor service A company that does not perform its direct duties.
