Mailed a pay off check on 6/7/21. Overpaid $422.60. Was told on 1st call that status was “pending”. Could expect check for overpayment in 25-30 days. Genesis Finance owes us $4,000 back. Now over 90 days since we paid off the car and still no response after multiple calls. User’s recommendation: Do not buy a Hyundai or Genesis. Worst finance company ever!!
