Reconsider if your booking

When we returned back to our room about 5.30pm we realised that our room is not clean. When I called up the reception, I told them to send the housekeeper at 6.30pm to clean it when we are out for dinner.& they agreed. We returned at 11.30pm, our room is still not clean!
