Doesn't fix technical issues

For years, we haven't solved my problems with bank card readers. They often don't work, even during covid! Theoretically, card payments are considered available, but in fact it is a matter of success. Complaints have been written to them themselves several times, but the problem is not fixed. For comparison, another bus company operating in Vidzeme (Nordeka) has not noticed such a problem. Drivers have tried to tell customers that the satellite cannot track it while the bus is running, but the hardware / "internet " does not work very often when the bus is parked in the city center, where everyone the internet goes even on non-latest-model phones. This is a mockery of a century in which even homeless people (such as the US) accept bank card payments!
