every show I choose to record….does not record…contacted customer support 2 months ago and again just now….today was told it is a known issue with my LG TV…well…it doesn’t record on my laptop nor my cell phone…so answer was BS!!!! User’s recommendation: DO NOT GO WITH HULU IF YOU WANT TO RECORD SHOWS!!!!!
