We have subscribed to Hulu for quite some time. Last night we had our 3 grandchildren (ages 13, 11, 7) spend the night and they wanted to watch “I Love Lucy”. We were watching an episode when to my suprise a lengthy commercial on “Trans women” comes on to the screen….
I was charged twice today for Hulu and I canceled my subscription last month Lateisha R. the online chat rep told me that she would refund my first charge but instead I was charged again
The customer service representative was very friendly and actually kinda helped but I ended up figuring it out myself by restarting my phone. Hulu does seem to have issues regularly with not streaming..
The live agent was unable to help me I had to just cancel my subscription and start a new one very big inconvenience.
Probably going back to cable. Hulu trying to FORCE me to watch commercials and prohibiting advancing through broadcasts makes the service so awful I can’t believe anyone would want to pay them for this. If you are going to manipulate your customers so much for the sake of advertisers, make the service free. $100/month for this crap?...
