I pay for no commercials. I recorded the all star game and they won’t let me fast forward commercials. What am I paying for?

Hulu is charging me for no commercials. I recorded the MLB all star game. Im watching it in replay and they prohibit me to fast forward and are forcing me to watch commercials. Even though I paid for ad free. User’s recommendation: Don’t but from Hulu.

Streaming is not working

When I got to a page to explain what was wrong they wanted to charge me $5.00 to try and fix it HA! and they would NOT let me continue to discuss. It cut me off. Their customer service (if thats what you call it) is the worst! User’s recommendation: Don’t bother getting Hulu.
