I’m having terrible issues with Hulu on our t.v.

I text the help line and they want me to pay for help.we pay for Hulu but can’t watch it.only on our tv it stops . constantly,saying connection error.it use to come back on but not now.netflix doesn’t do that and on other devices Hulu works fine

Overcharge billed twice in same month
