3 days without service

It’s been 3 days and I still can’t login into my account even after doing everything the customer service representative asked if me. I’m extremely aggravated at this point. I’m paying for a service that I can not use.

Not able to log into devices away from home after purchasing the unlimited screens add-on

The agent said it only adds more screens to be available to watch in my home although thats not what it states! It states + 3 away from home User’s recommendation: Don’t pay the extra $9.99 if you’re wanting to watch Hulu from somewhere other than home.
