Waiting more than a month to receive a $330 refund

Ordered merchandise, returned via Canada Post, received by the Bay on June 4th, it is now July 8 and yet to receive refund. Called several times, told it will be escalated, a supervisor will call me but so far nothing. Call centres are overseas so that much more frustrating. Charged my account,then sent a gift card for same amount

Dispute between Capital One and the Bay is not my problem. They were sent a returned item, they in turn charged my credit account for $195.39 and sent me a gift card in same amount. Credit department will not clear this amount from my account. User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THE BAY!!!
