Issue with franchise

I didnt even get help. It was an automated message basically stating to go online to file a complaint or complement. Not only do I have an issue with the service that is provided but also the behaviors of staff and managers. I need to speak with someone that looks over these franchises that represent a place I loved eating but not at this specific location. Ive witnessed first hand how employees are treated by other staff including managers. I am wanting to handle this issue within the company first before taking this future User's recommendation: Just keep an eye out for the employees you see doing a good job and see how they getting treated.
