2020. In August, I asked xMobile operators to switch the tariff plan to the minimum by disabling the mega internet, my wishes were completely ignored, which was reflected in the bills for September and October, as well as the desire to terminate the contract, which I was told can only be done in person, or remotely with an electronic signature, as I am abroad, the only way I could do that was by sending my application by registered mail. In October, please bee operators to block the Sim card because it disappeared. The final bill for October is big, but I couldn't use the services, to which xMobile replies that it should be so, and nothing can help. I still don't know if the contract was terminated.
