I have ordered 2 lots of picture frames on next day delivery from House of Fraser and both deliveries contents are smashed. Can I return them to a store or what should I do to get a refund? User’s recommendation: Do not buy from House of Fraser as you cannot call anybody to help with such matters.
I have now emailed HoF 10 times! Yes 10 times and still no return to my question and where my other item is…..this is nothing but shocking and probebly a good reason why as a company you are going down the pan…. Poor service
For the second year in a row (since the RNP changed the heating service company from Rigas Siltums to Siltumserviss Riga) we are facing problems at the beginning of the heating season... In 2020 we paid the bills RNP for heat, which was not because the heating "allegedly was connected" - on paper, but not in reality. The heat service Melbourne only fed with promises... In the end, there was a "war" with them all winter - we didn't have the heat, they - we solve... , the master has left (which he didn't have) and so on. This year on Wednesday (September 25, 2019) - your house is in line for tomorrow (so Thursday) for heating connection. Ok, we waited for Thursday - radiators cold. We call again - yes, the masters work hard, the heating must be tonight / tomorrow. Friday is coming - no heating. We call again - yes, the masters did not make time, in any case tonight must be. It's Saturday - let's call again - emm... I can't say anything about your house, I have no information.. What? One operator has some information that the other does not?
