I purchased 2 items and only received one although the invoice stated there was 2 items. Original review updated by user Apr 21, 2021 I purchased a birthday present from House of Fraser on 15th April and paid for next day delivery to arrive on the celebration day. I received an update that the order had dispatched and will be delivered on 16th April but the parcel was not delivered on the day....

Poor service
For the second year in a row (since the RNP changed the heating service company from Rigas Siltums to Siltumserviss Riga) we are facing problems at the beginning of the heating season... In 2020 we paid the bills RNP for heat, which was not because the heating "allegedly was connected" - on paper, but not in reality. The heat service Melbourne only fed with promises... In the end, there was a "war" with them all winter - we didn't have the heat, they - we solve... , the master has left (which he didn't have) and so on. This year on Wednesday (September 25, 2019) - your house is in line for tomorrow (so Thursday) for heating connection. Ok, we waited for Thursday - radiators cold. We call again - yes, the masters work hard, the heating must be tonight / tomorrow. Friday is coming - no heating. We call again - yes, the masters did not make time, in any case tonight must be. It's Saturday - let's call again - emm... I can't say anything about your house, I have no information.. What? One operator has some information that the other does not?
