Not replying to emails for damaged goods sent in January …………………………………….
Emailed and got one response, they asked me to send pictures whixh Ive done, also followed up with another email and still no response!
I put an order in last night and I did not get an email saying you have the order but the money showed up on my account
My goods were claimed to have been delivered at 22.34 no photograph just the updated tracking status. When I tried to speak to HofF you simply cant. You have to do it via a web-chat. I ordered swimming pool and paid for next day delivery and I didnt receive it, It was 2 days late and my grand children gone home very poor service Want a refund

Poor service

For the second year in a row (since the RNP changed the heating service company from Rigas Siltums to Siltumserviss Riga) we are facing problems at the beginning of the heating season... In 2020 we paid the bills RNP for heat, which was not because the heating "allegedly was connected" - on paper, but not in reality. The heat service Melbourne only fed with promises... In the end, there was a "war" with them all winter - we didn't have the heat, they - we solve... , the master has left (which he didn't have) and so on.
