Cheat money, paid to hoteling but no booking to the hotel.

i booked via Trivago, recommending Hoteling as one hotel agent. On 24 feb 2016, i paid S$566.75 (online payment) for 5 nites for Melbourne room, received Hoteling hotel confirmation note. Poor service

Poor service is already paid for by drivers on the medical commission page if they have not figured out where to get the money. A scooter commission is required for that driver or it is normal to box for money.
