Poor service

Poor service, recording a visit by phone, it appears that there is no recording when you arrive at the place. Long queues, where it is not really explained that the visit is taking place, you have to ask your fellow people about the order in which you have to go to the offices. It seems that the association is working with some kind of relatives from NSW, because such an attitude is not acceptable. The only positive moment is the doctors very fast and nice.
