Service that is not
A company that services heating systems does not actually serve anything if it appears in the heating unit twice a year - to switch off and connect the heating, then this year can not even get to come to connect, because by and large they are all pofig. They don't pick up the phone either - you can sit in your cold apartment with your little sick children and even freeze completely, they just won't pick up the phone. As if the apartment is your property, the heating unit also, the water on the track is hot, but in front of them the key, they do not drive and everything and even the handset does not lift.
