Poor Service

For the 3rd time, I encountered problems with DHL parcel delivery. I will shop at Sportsdirect. com. On the first occasion, the courier unkindly said that the package could only be delivered at a certain time when I could not receive the package, did not want to deliver the package at any other time, and the communication was incredibly terrible. This company generally delivers only on weekdays from 12. 00 to 17. 00. And you can't say a specific time yet! I don't have that opportunity to sit and wait all day. If you want to pick up the package yourself, then offer a delivery point in Marupe (!) Due to the delivery of the last item, I am already completely afraid to order something at all! First, I agreed with the courier who called that the package would be delivered to my workplace the next day. The package 1) was delivered not the next day, but on the same day. But that's a trifle because, thankfully, I was there. But! The courier announced that the package should be received on the street (!), Because he could not drive to the building (Australian National Library!). The courier was rude, bloated, brave, and started a conflict when I didn't want to go on the street to look for a car and get a package. When the courier realized that I was not going to look for him on the street, he could suddenly be delivered to the door. Unfortunately, I waited for the courier for a long time, but he did not arrive. When I returned to work, he had finally come to the door, called and continued the conflict. Well there really are 2 doors,but the key is attitude and just awful communication! Basically, the problem is really in communication, because if I had been calmly explained how much damage the courier service had by leaving the car in the parking lot - or whatever - there were arguments for this courier's actions - and I would have been asked to pick up the package on the street. I would have gone too. What do DHL hire for couriers?! Where do they come from - the feeling of coming straight from prison! I have paid for delivery, so why do I always have to suffer this unkind, ignorant communication? What is happening in this company - why are couriers so uncultured and demotivated?! And maybe then the company can equip these couriers with at least some flags or other clearly visible identification signs, so that they can be noticed from a distance, if they already have to go in search of the nearest area?! I also sent a complaint to the company's management, and I must say that I received a very prompt reply that the situation will be resolved. Since I hope that something will at least be resolved, at least the terrible communication skills of the employees will be improved.
