Ordered 3 day shipping on the 19th so my item would arrive for Christmas. Did not receive until the 27th. Emailed customer support a few times. Blamed it on UPS… (who they hire). I would never recommend them to anyone ever again. Christmas is game time for consumers and they clearly do not have it together.
