Damaged recliner

I ordered 2 recliners (order40064) from Homecinemacenter.com in Oct 2020. Received delivery in May 2021. Opened both boxes fining protective plastic bag off one chair back which rubbed against top of shipping box. Resulted in fabric being worn thru damaged.
