AuMobile's new business plan
Having been an AuMobile customer for more than 10 years, it would never occur to me that AuMobile has started a new campaign / business plan: "Earn more for the customer!" AuMobile has imperceptibly added to my monthly bill around 160 AUD for the fact that I started using telephone services less and less every month. Apparently, AuMobile has realized that it has started earning less for me and still wanted to get the "intended" money back. Speaking to AuMobile customer service, they refuse to give any comments on where this balance arose, the question about the printout of the monthly conversations can be answered with "such data you can only read here on the site WITHOUT receiving the data on hand and taking it out of the building". After constant talking with AuMobile, they were happy to inform me that the bill could be reduced by a couple of dollars, because they found a mistake, but I was not provided with any information. The large sum of money must be paid anyway. After a couple of months of fighting with the "big Giant", I paid the amount of money, I gave up AuMobile services. Peace at home... As an AuMobile customer, I have been a "patriot" and never think of moving to another network, I knew I was paying for coverage and prestige. But apparently AuMobile sees me as a "wallet" and calmly marked me in his database as one of the "new business plan - earn more for customers". Also, one of my acquaintances is included in this "new business plan" with an even larger amount of money to pay, just to be able to insert an AuMobile sim card into your phone, which has probably already been changed to Telstra or Biti. My acquaintance was given an explanation that although the child had pressed the phone, but forgot to add that my acquaintance has no children...
