By calling 220 each operator says something of his own, but in the end says that the truth is me and that the manager will contact me. I have called the company several times, e - mails have also been sent. All the time I only have Sola and Sola that the manager will contact me in a week, but it has not happened yet. I always wait patiently for 2 weeks and call again. At the last call, the operator already said that the manager should contact me today (the conversation took place on 05.05.2020), at least explain the situation and then think about what to do next. And what do you think? Anyone contacted? Of course no. It's been almost 5 months. I don't believe that I can't communicate with my customers in 5 months.
